Picking up lunch to take too my daughter at school to have lunch with her. Was busy and want very good this time but my daughter lived it so that's all that mattered.

Ordered breakfast with coffee. It was busy and many people were missing items from their orders. I waited an extra 20 minutes at the counter, 10:27 - 10:46, before I got my coffee.
Two staff members were helpful but the male manager on duty kept his back turned to all of the customers and refused to acknowledge any issues.
