- CKChris KohrtDec 29, 20251.0Pretty sad how far Pizza Hut has fallen. Ordered 2 pizzas, a Big New Yorker and a large Taco. Not sure how they do it in New York, but a thin crust pizza with no sauce probably ain't it. The taco wasn't much better, the outer 1/3 of the pizza was just crust and really hard & chewy. Oddly, the warmest thing that came in the order was the sour cream even though both pizzas had been sitting in a warmer for almost 2 hours (we ordered delivery but they use Door Dash drivers so they have to wait for them). Also didn't receive everything ordered, the Door Dash driver just dropped the pizzas and left - didn't even ring the doorbell. Chatted on the app and was offered free pizza but declined..... why would I want more of that? Never ordering again.
