I placed my order around 5am after struggling with the rewards for 30 minutes. Once I got to the speaker box there were two women outside smoking in front of the store entrance that kept yelling across the parking lot that it would be 10 minutes. They yelled at me several times even after I told them okay and that I would wait. After yelling at me about 4 times one walked over and asked me to pull around the store and stop at the front of the speaker box so I wouldn't run their time up, but they wouldn't stop smoking to help their co workers make food faster. After they finally checked me in it took them another almost 10 minutes to get my food and one of the woman that were outside had an attitude. She didnt apologize for the wait, didnt say thank you just roughly handed me my stuff and slammed the window in my face. Once I looked at my food it was sloppily thrown together and the burritos weren't wrapped properly and were falling apart. This store is suppose to be 24 hours, I get needed to make more things but how the staff handled it was so rude and disrespectful I almost went inside and got a refund for my food, if I wasn't getting it for other people I would have.

Two closed McDonald's without warning online. Place was packed on Thursday of Halloweekend but Cece held down the fort. Worked with maximum efficiency making sure that all customers were taken care of. Amazing night shift would come again!

It took over 10 minutes to get any assistance, as soon as our order was taken they walked off neglecting the lobby and missing items. Very disappointed in my experience tonight as it clearly shows this McDonalds is understaffed. If I could I’d rate zero stars for service and atmosphere.
