  Ribeye was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Waiter was friendly. The host, Josh, was magnificent. He was genuinely cheerful, conversational and efficient. I felt like he was an old friend! Before I left, he asked me how the food was and made sure I had a great experience. It was genuine interest and legit friendliness. Big shout out to him, he is perfect for that job!

  Only gave a star just to do a review. But customer service unprofessional. A friend had an interview. The manager took the time to call and schedule got there and didn’t even have the decency to tell them they “weren’t hiring” although he reached out for the interview but instead sent the host out to tell them they weren’t hiring. Yet advertising they are hiring just not people of color. Have gone to other locations where it’s more diverse and received great service from food to dining from manager, servers, cooks, and host.

  Listen, I came with my veteran partner on Veteran’s day. I have worked in restaurants for more than half of my life as a server/bartender. I have never worked corporate on Veterans Day. Our server Kevin appeared nervous like maybe it was his first day on his own, but our service was never at any point bad. He was doing his best as was the rest of the staff at an understaffed restaurant where a board room full of middle to elder aged men who’ve never been in the weeds decided to give a free meal (which is great!) to veterans while also reaming overworked salary managers for their labor numbers. 10/10. Kevin was attentive and even through the clear stress holding it together. Our food came out relatively quickly and honestly better than I expected. I stan Kevin and the Alternative in Corporate Attire employee who sat us and complimented my Grannycore aesthetic.

  Faith was our server tonight & she was AMAZING!!! The food was not that good…we were there to celebrate my son’s birthday. Over all we had a good time amongst ourselves. Faith made it better…THANK YOU FAITH!!!

  1-Star Review: Outback Steakhouse Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed a DoorDash order, and Outback gave my food to someone else. Two different drivers came to pick it up, and the restaurant refused to take any ownership or remake the order. It took over two hours before they finally told the driver they weren’t going to replace my meal. No apology, no accountability, and no sense of customer service. Completely unprofessional. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
