  Twice while in town I ordered from this location. Both times I did not receive all items. Was told can only give a credit for next order. Was not able to get missing items delivered or a credit back to my cad. Was told that some items they were out of but the app allowed me to order

  Location & staff do not deserve the 1☆. When we came in the 1st thing we noticed were the stockpile of what looked like bathroom supplies & paper towels in the glass food diplay in the counter. There were 3 couples seated & waiting on food; a few people waiting for a to-go order & 3 people ordering w/ 1 employee, who sat down after ordering. We placed our order w/ a 2nd employee (the Manager) who never looked us in the eye & mumbled; making it extremely difficult to hear anything they said & it was not loud in the restaurant. As we sat down, all the tables were visibly dirty & the floor was in desperate need of vacuuming. Everyone of the 4 groups (plus us) had issues w/ food/service. Mind you there were 2 employees at the counter & 2-3 employees back in the kitchen. Nobody came out to the floor, unless they were delivering food, to check on patrons or to ask if they needed anything. 1 couple waited for breadsticks that came out so late they showed up just before the pizza. The group that ordered just before us waited for at least 15 minutes for breadsticks & Personal Pan pizzas. A 3rd group had an incorrectly made pizza. The Manager told them they could only give store credit; no full/partial refunds. 3 groups also had to ask for plates & silverware after their food was delivered. We waited 15 minutes for breadsticks that somehow came out luke warm. The only positive aspect was that our pizza was decent. If you have any issues w/ the food or service, you can't get your money back. Company policy is no refunds; only store credit. Needless to say, we won't have to worry about that because it'll be a while before we come back; If ever.

  Fountain machine was “broken” but later on we saw two workers get soda and ice from the machine hair in the food, there was a sign saying to have exact change or no credit card but they gave change back

  Don't order delivery thru the app. Store has no delivery drivers themselves and refuse to refund you after not sending you everything in your order. They even said they had it there when I called to ask about the missing items. The shift lead was very unprofessional and seemed frustrated that I was trying to have the part of my order refunded that I didn't receive. Will be disputing with my credit card company as that seems to be the only option. They refused to re deliver the food for me

  Worst experience with a restaurant in my entire life. Found out the rude individual I was dealing with was the store manager. No one at the store knew who the district manager was or how I could reach him. They owe me $47 for an online line they messed up. They told me I would have to go online to get a refund. There is no mechanism on their website ti allow you to ask for a refund. All I could do online is to chat with a bot. It said someone would get back to me in 1 to 3 days.
