    The service sucked one day in 2022 so I complained to the manager so they pushed my in the play place and buried me after they took it down. Just got out. They fed me burgers so I got fat and couldn't get out. The children used my as a pillow and peeled of my eyelashes. I was tortured for 3 years. I will be telling my grandma and she is going to tear the place down with her spoons.

    This McDonald’s is an embarrassment to McDonald’s. You have to use a kiosk to order, and there’s no one around. There’s no soda machine or condiments. The seating is terrible, and my food came out cold. The trash can design is a stupid idea. You literally have to hand-pick everything off your tray to throw it away, and the cutouts for the cans are too small for things to fit, so you have to manually shove it through the hole. The last update, where you took all the color away and made every McDonald’s brown and gray with only the “M” left in color, was bad enough. But at least back then, there was still seating and employees. Now you’ve made an “upgrade” where the only time you see an employee is when they bring out your food. This McDonald’s makes me feel like the next update will be all robots. I know my grandparents couldn’t even order here. I used to work for McDonald’s, and it was the best food service job I ever had—it was clean, the food was timed and thrown away if it sat too long, and it actually tasted good. Now it’s cold food or the wrong food, and there’s no one around to help. I’m also pretty sure some items are missing from the kiosk menu. I hate that there’s only one machine to accept cash. If two people order at the same time, how does it even know whose money goes with which order? Last thing to note: I appreciate that this location uses the air conditioning, but why is it so cold? I shouldn’t have to sit there in jeans and a sweatshirt wishing I’d brought my coat. It feels like 50 degrees inside. From now on, I’ll be heading to the 1st Ave McDonald’s—at least until they decide to “upgrade” like this one too.

    I waited 25 minutes for a curbside order. There was no back up at drive thru either. I went inside to ask for our food and the manager walked into the kitchen while I stood there a while without anyone helping me. The workers were yelling at each other and being unprofessional. This place has gone downhill since it reopened. Thank you to the worker named David who actually helped me. We got our food almost 30 minutes after I ordered it. I definitely don't recommend this place.

    For being a new builder its terrible. Harly see anyone that works there except to bring your food. Food is okay for what it is. Service the tables are dirty or covered with trash, trash cans have been over flowing both time we've been here, trash can opening you have to put in piece by piece cause how small the openings are,kids area is nice but no door to spilt it off so its loud everywhere, smell already, you have to walk through the cars in line for thw drive through to get inside, there is minimal parking, had a random kid walk across our table bare foot and 2 other occupi tables and it already smells inside. I

    I’ve noticed a concerning pattern at this McDonald’s involving the treatment of one particular employee. Each time I visit, I see a specific manager (a white woman with reddish hair) assigning a woman who wears a head covering to cleaning duties. This employee always seems to be working hard, and despite the circumstances, she maintains a positive and welcoming attitude towards customers. She’s consistently friendly and caring, which makes the situation even more troubling. I’m concerned about whether this employee is being treated fairly and respectfully.
