Upon arriving at the second window, we were not greeted and were rudely handed our food. When we got home, the fries were not cooked through, and my Big Mac was poorly made. To top it off, I received no dill pickle seasoning. We called the restaurant, but they told us there was nothing they could do. They could have at least informed us at the window that the fries were sold out, so we wouldn’t have been surprised when we got home and they tried to argue with us. This experience has made me stop coming to this location due to the rude treatment. I should have known better, but I was eager to try the fries, especially since it was snowing and the roads were too bad to drive to a location further out of my way for better customer service and better food.

We had placed an order on the McDonald’s app but wanted to add two cups of water. We were told we could ask for them at the second window. Once we got to the second window, we asked the girl at the window. She said of course, then handed us our other drinks and food. She then rudely told us there was no way she’d be able to get our waters. We were kind of surprised and asked why. She said they were very backed up and there was no way she should be able to get them and slammed the window shut. I also got food poisoning from the food. Definitely never coming here again!!
