We tried to be pleasant but when we asked to please have tartar sauce and shrimp sauce she slammed the window and then opened it and basically threw it at us and slammed window shut. Really uncalled for. Sad I would of went back for the food but not for this service.

When I called and asked to speak with the manager the lady who answered said she was the shift leader. When I asked twice what her name was, on the 3rd time asking, I told her that I'm asking because I'm an unhappy customer. At that point she got defensive, and threatened to hang up on me. I'm sorry Raven, if that's your name, but when a customer calls asking for a manager, then asks for your name, it's because we want to know who we are speaking with. I'm so over LJS after today's experience. There's a Culver's up the street who has bomb cod and sides and fantastic service!! Sure miss Mario the old owner here! RIP
