The girl apologized, saying she completely forgot about it. She made the food fresh, but didn't make it how it was originally ordered. It was a happy meal cheeseburger with cheese and pickle only. We just grabbed it and went back to the hotel. Well the burger had everything on it. They didn't give us any napkins. I had to scrape off the onions the best I could for a 3 year old. Very disappointing! Very irritating that I placed a curbside order so I didn't have to get a toddler out of the car in the snow. Ended up having to get her out anyway. And then for the order to be wrong... very frustrating!

Just do your job instead of being a nasty person. It’s not that hard to restock the mayo packets. It’s a blizzard with no one in there. Just lazy and RUDE. When is it ok to talk about the customer infront of them or at all. Acting like it comes out of their personal bank account is crazy. What’s even crazier is they “punished” me by only filling my one fry (the only thing I got) like under half way full and I didn’t notice till I already drove back home in the blizzard so not going back. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I travel the country for work so I’ve been to PLENTY weekly. It was an older lady too with brown hair so it’s not like it was only a teenager.
