Says open 24/7 but did not make my mobile order that I already paid for and drove there for. 2 girls closed the store the second I pulled into the drive through. After someone was in front of me and received their order all I ordered was a drink. It’s says lobby closed at 11pm but drive threw open 24 hours and even if it’s not, no McDonald closes at 11:45 I drove all the way here from ewa because this McDonald is advertising itself as 24 hours.

My go to place for a quick bite plus $6 mcdouble value meal is hard to beat!

This location was extremely busy and the foods were hot, just the way they're supposed to be
Busy on a rainy day and it didn't matters if you were dining in or drive thru.
They needed a lobby person to take care of the lobby and the trashcans.

I ordered a meal, but the guy at the drive-thru made a mistake. He was trying his best to fix it and serve the customer right, but the manager was being lazy as hell—trying to cut corners instead of communicating properly with the second window. The lady at the second window was rude too and even charged me for a hashbrown alone.

The drive thru order person was rude rushing us, and we werent even taking long to order. Then after we paid, they said they ran out of sweer sour dipping sauce. We literally ordered 4 meals of chicken nuggets with all sweet sour sauce. I wish they would have told us before we paid, we wouldve gone to a different location. Please verify with them if they have sauces available before paying.
