Absolutely horrible service, I had a curbside order and they hadn't came out in 20 mins even though the app said they were on their way out with my order 5 minutes before I went in. Order was not a special order or big it was a single meal. I go inside and I see my order just sitting there on the rack behind the cashier, I can see the condensation dripping on my drink... I told the cashier I ordered 20mins ago and no one brought out my food, she hands me the bag and drink and I ask if it's cold. She rolls her eyes and said I could check. I checked and the fries were cold so I said no it's cold, she walks away and I tell her I don't have time I just want a refund. She tells her manager and the manager takes a while to come up, even when I explain I'm in a hurry and have to go. Attitude is similar to the cashier like it's okay to serve cold food almost a half hour from when it's ordered. I tried calling a few times and their line was off the hook, said line busy. Really needs to remove their curbside option if they're not going to provide the service.
