He seemed angry while taking my order, and he closed the window twice in front of me and my kids, with dirty fingers. I ordered the #9, and he asked three times, “Small or large?” in a rushed, “Hurry up” tone and a loud voice. I said I just wanted the sandwich only, and a large order of fries. When I went to pay, he was already mad at the window.
- VMVeronica MendozaNov 9, 20251.0definitely the worst mcdonald’s drive thru experience i’ve ever had. placed a mobile order for pickup but the girl at the drive thru insisted that we must’ve placed it at the wrong location since it wasn’t showing up on her end and she “couldn’t do anything about it.” after we confirmed that it was the correct location, she asked us to place another mobile order and we went back and forth several times before we just asked to place the order through her. wait was long which i don’t usually mind, but when we finally got to the window they somehow found our original mobile order(?) and also wanted us to pay for the new order. we had to explain multiple times what happened/why we had two orders and that we only wanted one. the women at the window continued to argue with us and didn’t seem to understand that we only placed another order because that’s what was asked of us. at the end of the day, things happen and systems glitch. i get it. but the lack of customer service/resolution at this location is absolutely ridiculous.

Multiple times have I left this place with either the incorrect order or something I didn’t even ask for. I ordered two double quarter pounder meals tonight and I came home tonight and each only had one patty each… I tried to give them a call twice but of course no answer.
