  The service here is horrible, and regardless if you do a mobile order, they screw it up nearly every time. Curbside can take a half hour, you're better off just going in the store and not ordering ahead. Make sure you open up your bag before you leave because most likely your orders going to be wrong anyways.

  Management is terrible. The lady threw a fit about EVERYTHING . You are dealing with kids, kids make mistakes. But you throwing a fit is so embarrassing for you. Treat your employees better and they will work better! Poor kid making food in the back. He couldn't catch a break for nothing!

  This is the 3rd or 4th time in a month that I have either placed an order through Door Dash or McDonalds app and waited over an hour each time for my order. This is crazy. And the manager has a horrible attitude.

  I was surprised when a delivery man came to pick up an order today and asked an employee for water and told him he was sorry the water wasn't free. As far as I know, water is not denied to anyone, much less to a person who is returning an order from that store, knowing that it is very hot outside on this island. I was disappointed by how inhumane they are in that place

  Employees did not acknowledge us and their attitude was unwelcoming. Male restrooms were dirty.
