Why would you have the numbers if you’re not going to use it? They forgot my drink and didn’t give it to me after I reminded them twice. Forgot condiments as well. I was not going to go back in line and ask for condiments cause it took so long just to get one drink. I know they are doing their best since it was breakfast but come on man. Terrible service. Every visit reminds me exactly why I dislike coming here. The most consistent issue is the drive-thru. Almost every time, they have you park and wait in a stall for your food no matter how big or small your order is -- even when there's no line in the drive-thru. It's common to see 5-6 cars parked and waiting, and it takes at least 7-10 minutes minimum before anyone brings out your order and sometimes I even wait longer. What's worse is that the food is often wrong or missing items, and the staff aren't friendly. It's frustrating because this location is also one of the most expensive McDonald's on the island, yet the service and accuracy are consistently poor. I really hope management steps up to improve this location because it's in such a convenient area, but right now, it's just a disappointment every single time.
