    Given moldy chicken snack wraps go in to refund and they dont want to refund unless u have the card you used to order the food. Speak with a manager and she brushes u off just like other co workers. Finally after 30min they refund my whole order.

    We went inside, forced to use the kiosk. We put our order in and waited. Not only did our food never come, but nobody would even look me in the eye when I tried to get their attention to ask if there was a problem with the order. We never got service and left. This is the worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant in my entire life. I will not only quit this McDonald's, I will never step inside another McDonald's again. Those employees either need supervision, training or pink slips. Looking through the reviews, I would say the unemployment line is the right place for these employees. Thursday July 17 2025 at around 3:30 or 4:00 pm, if you want to see who these people are. p.s. I almost never leave negative reviews, usually opting instead to applaud good service and food and only leave negative reviews when I feel I could nuke a place. This is one of those times.
