My girlfriend and I were ordering and she just wanted ranch sauce with her food and they forgot to add it when we got to our checkout with the food. The lady asked for our receipt, kept telling us that it’s in there even when it wasn’t and then finally said we could get another one for $.51 instead of just giving one. I told her to switch one of my sauces out and that it was ridiculous. I’ve never had that experience before and it was very rude.
