After taking my order, she went over to the sink. and washed her hand and then she went in the kitchen to prepare my order along with helping the other team members to prepare orders. what I notice is that her nor the other worker Who was preparing food had on any gloves. The worker that she was working along side remove his hat scratched his head and then proceed to Prepare. Food without washing his hands or putting on any gloves. I know that is a violation.
