    I recently downloaded the app and am new to mobile ordering. After ordering before leaving home it was terrific to walk in and have my big breakfast brought out without having to wait. The eggs were still hot so it was a great experience. The app makes it easy to reorder my favorite. There's no going back to the old way of ordering.

    Food taste like any McDonald’s service is fine. Place is always clean, but since when does McDonald’s no longer do refills? Was told they can’t take the cup behind the counter so they could not do refills. And of course, no fountain drink machine in the lobby is all behind the counter.

    The young lady was great at the first drive thru window my sandwich was cold. I asked for hot fries some were hot and greasy and limp. Wasn't a good experience. Reminded me why I don't go to McDonald's anymore. Lousy quality of food and service.

    Been parked at curbside for 15+ minutes, just watching the cars get served in the drive thru while I wait for my food to be delivered. Even watched them bring out someone’s order to their car parked by the little gate before I received mine.
