    This McDonald's location normally does a great job. But they would be a lot cooler if the amount of salt and pepper put on sandwiches was somehow automatically portioned. Got a couple of inedible salt sandwiches last week in a couple of pepper sandwiches today. And is it really necessary to squish the sandwich out of shape when they put it in the wrapper? Otherwise? Great job.

    This McDonald's had wonderful staff! They were quick with service, very hospitable, and addressed the customers in a timely manner. My family frequents 2 local McDonald's near our home in Richmond VA, and this McDonald's far exceeds any experience we've ever had at our local restaurants. The play area was an awesome plus, and it was actually very clean! It's clear that they clean regularly here. We came during a busy lunch rush, but the service did not reflect how busy it was, as they made sure to attend their guests very quickly. One of my biggest issues with our local restaurants is that the workers will literally ignore you until the absolute last minute, but not here!

    This morning I showed up to McDonald’s in a panic because my blood sugar had fallen to 50 and was falling fast. Terrible morning I had. My furnace broke down and I walked through four warehouse stores before I could find a filter to cut down to an 18x18 size which apparently is obsolete anymore. Anywho…. walking through four warehouses made my blood sugar plummet and I am a type one brittle diabetic on an insulin pump device. I was in a crisis situation when I arrived at McDonald’s. The drive thru was packed with people. I asked the young lady who took my credit card at the first window to bring me orange juice to my window so I could drink it before I pulled up to the next window. As soon as the manager found out, she took immediate action and rushed the orange juice to me. She stopped everything to be beside me to make sure that I was gonna be OK and then came out into the parking lot to check on me. She refused to charge me for my order and Insisted she issue a refund, even though I was opposed to the idea since she had already helped me so much. Alli was her name. My angel. She saved my life today. Thank you Alli. Please go see her at the McDonalds near/in front of Walmart. On Highway 92. tell her that I sent you to say hello. She’s a hero in our community!

    This food just SUCKS. Got a big Mac meal and the patties are so thin it's like I'm sitting here eating a bread sandwich. For a billion dollar company you think that they could at least give decent food. If you are thinking of going here just stop at any other restaurant around and get a burger from them. Not worth it.. Fix your food McDonald's Service was good. Workers were friendly Edit: thanks submitted more feedback on how garbage your food is.
