The worst customer experience I have ever had. Just had to write a review to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else.
We went through the drive through around 8-8:20pm this evening and as the young lady at the window handed me my order, I noticed that instead of being given bottled water(Dasani) that I paid for, she was handing me a large soda cup filled with water. Still at the window with the water in my outstretched hand, I told her I paid to for bottled water and insisted that she gives me what I paid for. She stated that she could not take the cup of water back. I was totally dismayed at this ludicrous posture and acerbic tone. I stood my ground and insisted on what paid for. She went back in brought me the bottled water and stated that I was acting like A FOOL… no kidding! I could not believe that a frontline staff of an establishment like McDonad’s would treat a customer with so much disdain for insisting on getting what they ordered. I felt the need to report her conduct to her manager- Shay. Obviously, at this point, I was shocked and utterly disappointed. I explained what had transpired to Manager Shay- no apology offered, no empathy, zero attempts at service recovery. When I inquired of the staff’s name, I was told by the manager that she is a minor so he could not tell me her name.
Being a minor, is not an excuse to be nasty towards customers.This young lady’s attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Frankly, she really has no business in any service industry with her crappy attitude. Management tonight was also very sloppy. Shay needs to be retrained as he is exhibited such poor managerial skills. This experience has left a bad taste for in our mouths. Hopefully, these drive through customer care interactions are recorded. I’ll urge whoever is really in charge of this situation establishment review any recordings, if available for decisive action.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru for 2 happy meals. THIRTYY FIVE MINUTES. This is not the first time. When we finally got our food it was cold. Always takes forever and every worker is always rude and miserable. Don’t go to this McDonald’s if you can help it

Went here back on 10/11/25, I was in a wedding at the Civic Center. We decided to grab lunch from here, and I must say I was highly disappointed. .Especially that I'm a former McDonald's employee (1989). I ordered the double cheeseburger meal, it was overcooked, patties were dry. The fries with no salt were good, it's hard to mess them up. The drink stations was very dirty. There were some clean tables there also, which I pictured. Staff seemed pretty nice, and it was a little busy, but i expected better quality on the double cheeseburger, and they need to have someone constantly checking the drink stations.
