- CGCayden gravelNov 23, 20251.0its a pretty bad McDonald's don't know how they got a good health review of A+ but oh well its almost the worst McDonald's I've been to sometimes the food and drinks can be other times its just disgusting and made incorrectly the service is always slow so dont ever expect a rush its almost better to go to Zaxby's and spend a little more but there slow to on a good day half the time something isn't working at this McDonald's and honestly I'd avoid eating inside cause ive seen flys and roaches. ive been to this location plenty as theres not much to eat in Washington
