  This was my 1st time trying this restaurant and honestly the customer service feels authentic, welcoming, and genuine. The young lady at the window Ray definitely give you the best vibe at the window… and honestly this alone stands out from other restaurants in the area that I experienced.. and on top of that my food was fresh and super good.

  First Timers Here!! We absolutely loved our experience .. my mom and I went out for lunch and their order placing was quick and easy. Many options to choose from & also pricing is Good. I ordered Cheeseburger and 3 wings w fries (drink not included) no problem.. meal was a 5 ⭐️!

  They asked me to give a review and I said I would. I’ve eaten from here 2 nights in a row. Last night I order through DoorDash. I got the 2 Red Snapper platter. When I got it, it was still hot, the fries were soggy and the corn was wayyy overcooked. The fish was ok, I had to add hot sauce, etc. I didn’t like the fact I had to pay for tartar sauce. So tonight I went and got a catfish & shrimp platter, which it was shaped like catfish however it tasted like swai which I don’t like because it’s not a real fish, this tasted farmed raised if it was even fish at all! I also order my husband 2 Red Snapper filet platter and I asked them to make sure it was right because it’s too expensive to mess up and they did mess it up. It was wayyy overcooked, hard and dry as if it was already par cooked and they put it back in the grease, it was horrible, what a waste! Not sure if I will be back, I like the staff but I don’t like to waste my money, they need to be more attentive when cooking real fish. Will not get that catfish or any farmed raised so called fish, just give me the one with the bones in it. Also it has more breading on it than the meat itself, I thought the tail of the was meat and it was all breading shaped like it was meat. I called them to let them know about the snapper I paid for and it constantly goes to the voicemail, so you can’t reached them by phone and for that I may not be returning.

  I was very disappointed my food was not good my fish taste like rubber meaning it was not freshly cooked.my chicken tasted like it was fried in burnt grease.The snappers in Jacksonville is 10 times better i wont visit there again

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THIS PLACE DOES 👏 NOT 👏 MISS 👏 The Cajun ranch wings and shrimp were absolutely insane perfectly seasoned, packed with flavor, and cooked, to perfection. Like… lick-your-fingers, close-your-eyes good. And don’t even get me started on the hot wet lemon pepper wings and shrimp. The heat, the tang, the sauce, EVERYTHING was on point. Juicy, flavorful, and straight addictive. If you love bold flavors and food that actually delivers, this is the spot. I’m already planning my next order because wow. 10/10, no notes Edit: I forgot to take pictures, it was that amazing. Not too long of a wait and I ordered online around 7:30. Absolutely perfect!! Thank you guys!!
