Waited in the drive thru switched to the 2nd lane bc it was set to go to my car after the car in the 1st lane finished. The person at the drive thru let the 2 cars in the 1st lane go before the car ahead of me got to order. I had a mobile order. A small shake for my son. When it was FINALLY my turn, I was told that they were going to close and not taking anymore orders. It was 5:30p. They close at 6p.

Drive-thru at the McDonald’s on 4109 Bemiss Rd, Valdosta, GA is straight-up criminal negligence.
Pulled in at 6:45 PM and immediately regretted every life choice that led me there. The line was wrapped around the building twice (12 cars ahead of me). Took 28 minutes from the moment I got in line until I finally escaped with my bag of sadness. That’s longer than it takes to cook a Thanksgiving turkey.
The speaker sounded like it was underwater and being chewed by a raccoon. The employee taking orders kept cutting out mid-sentence, then got annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself three times. “I already said it!” Yeah, sweetheart, none of us heard it. She still got my order wrong anyway.
Paid at the first window: girl never spoke, never made eye contact, just held her hand out like I owed her child support. Second window? Another 8-minute wait while four employees inside argued loud enough for the whole line to hear about whose turn it was to take the trash out.
Finally get my food. Bag is soaked through with grease on the bottom. Large fry? Half full and cold. Big Mac had so much “Mac sauce” it was literally dripping out like soup, bun completely disintegrated. Asked for no onions on the Quarter Pounder; it came with extra onions and pickles that tasted like they’d been pickled in regret.
To top it off, no receipt (shocker), no napkins, and they forgot my drink entirely. Had to yell through the window like an animal to get a Coke that tasted like straight syrup because the mix was off.
I’ve had faster service at the DMV. I’ve had warmer food from a gas station roller grill at 3 AM. This drive-thru is a war crime against hunger. Save your money, your time, and your sanity—drive the extra five minutes to literally any other fast food place in Valdosta. This location should be condemned. Absolute trash.

Should change their hours. Because if they are open 24 hrs, why are the employees not making orders past 2:00 am? The staff is also really rude.
