    Night shift need to pick their pace up. Always having to wait 15 minutes in line(drive-thur). Oh always have attitudes..

    Woman just told that door dash comes first at this McDonalds I ordered online so they don’t have to come to the counter & people coming in the door while I’m standing here get there or first and I asked the woman about my food. She said DoorDash comes first. I will never ever come here again.

    3days in arow it was something wrong each day . 1st day I went ordered a eggmcmuffin got it had eggshell in ,2nd day ordered same thing then gave the bag supposedly had my order and it was a sausage biscuit other than egg mcmuffin! Then 3rd day made my order drive around and waited 15 min to get my order and they still hadn't gotten the first customer their order I couldn't wait no longer so I had to cancel my order and leave!They r FREAKING SLOW!!!

    Today is the 3rd time I’ve ordered via door dash and was charged for every item I ordered but did not receive every item. Today I paid for but did not receive the holiday pies. 3 holiday pies!

    Look It's A McDonald's with basic McDonald's Food. Food is probably the only decent to good thing about this place. Customer service in full is absolutely terrible. If you go through Drive-Thru you get people on the intercom that barely wiling to listen to your order, and if they get it correct and on screen still better check before leaving that parking lot because back-end either probably messed it up or front line windows pick up the wrong thing. As far as work environment they yell at and treat good employees badly and don't do crap about their terrible employees. Honestly if I could talk people into boycotting a McDonald's/Going On Strick against it would be this one. Unfortunately seeing as it is a McDonald's and closest one for miles for a lot of people that couldn't happen. But, personally I won't go to this place again and spend my money. Service should be with kindness not a dang attitude.
