- DDDariusJan 2, 20261.0I originally ordered pizza from this location and it was completely burnt. I called and spoke with the manager, who apologized and issued me a credit. Two days later, I tried to re-order using that credit. They took my order over the phone, confirmed everything, and then immediately canceled it after we hung up. Since then, no one will answer the phone. DoorDash keeps directing me back to the store, and even DoorDash customer service couldn’t help because the restaurant won’t respond. At this point, I’ve wasted time, still don’t have food, and can’t even use the credit that was given to fix their original mistake. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service from start to finish. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Mind you I have kids who are all hungry and anxious for this pizza. I tell thim to be patient thecpizza tracker says the pizza is being prepared. At 10:30 I decide to call the store. The automated voice mail says the store is closed. I call 6 more times, same thing. How could this be. I call other local pizza huts, they answer but let me know that they are open but will close early (11pm) because it is New Year's eve. I never got in contact with the store and the pizza never came. I ended up having to spend an extra $80 paying for food to be delivered
