  Honestly if you don't want to be there Kay Kay or work there. Found somewhere else to work. How you don't want to hand me my items I paid for or tend to my needs as a customer? On top of all that you the manager ? A nasty one at that. The fountain drink was flat. Didn't even wanted to return it to get my money back. I'll call my bank.

  New review: In the past year, the service has been fantastic. Considering the situation with COVID, they have been good with the mask-wearing and social distancing. When I walk in, there are plenty of biscuits ready to go. This is a regular stop for my breakfast so that I can be full to face the work ahead, so having this done right can make a big difference. Old review: Used to go here a lot and had good service and everyone was very friendly. Today, everyone was still friendly, but my order was completely wrong when it came to ordering breakfast. The food preparer looked straight at me with confidence, took my receipt, and gave me the bag with the biscuit that she just wrapped. When I got to work, and looked, it turned out that it was a plain biscuit, and not the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit that I ordered. Then I realized, this was very different from past experiences because the food prep person always asked what I had, and checked the receipt. This person had no interaction beyond "have a good day". Well, I didn't. So, always ask the food prep person what's in the bag, and before you leave, CHECK IT.

  Pumped gas and they couldn't figure out how to give me a receipt which I need to turn in for work. They had no solutions but to come back the next day or call the manager in the AM wasting even more of my time and I'm from out of town. They couldn't even give me a card with the managers name or number to call, just said to call the Enron on Albercorn and didn't know the phone number themselves. Worst customer service ever.

  Used the car wash, got the combo package, it left a decent amount of soap on my car afterwards. Don't recommend using it.
