  Just went here for dinner last night and let me tell you what, the food was out of this world. Sat next to the sign that says “the original alien food” and I while I have no idea what they mean by that, this was the best sushi I have ever eaten. They do not skimp on the meats either. Plus the service was great, everyone was very nice. If this is what they eat on Mars, I’m getting the first ticket on the spaceship there.

  I have developed an addiction to UFO Hibachi and the fantastic Wings, Takoyaki, and Sushi! It's an every Friday Event and the owner is wonderful! Food is a great price for portions, even so I can't help but order a bunch and leave with a dented wallet and a food to take home.

  This place used to be so good and now the quality of the food is subpar at best. There was a guy that used to work here and the food was always hot, fresh and seasoned perfectly. Unfortunately, this time the food was salty, cold and underwhelming. This was a very disappointing experience, sad to say we won't be back especially since it's a small business and the food used to be so good.

  This place was pretty damn good. I’ve tried all the hibachi spots in this area, and since hibachi isn’t cheap, you want to make sure you’re getting it from the best place. Taki is decent, but is inconsistent. I tried UFO for the first time and placed a to-go order — everything was hot and ready right when I arrived. Portions were generous! They definitely don’t skimp, with plenty of meat, rice, and veggies for the price. They also gave a ton of sauce and even threw in free egg rolls, which was a really nice surprise! Everything tasted great, even reheated later. I’ll definitely be back.

  I love this spot for hibachi and sushi in Roswell. The food is super fresh and the service is quick and friendly. This is a great place for lunch, dinner, or family meal. Its obvious the food and sauces are house-made (like the ginger sauce), and it gives the impression it is locally owned. Every time I've visited, the staff were super friendly and helpful. There are options for people with food restrictions, although I reccomend you look at the menu if you have a selective diet. I eat quite literally everything, and have not yet been disappointed. There's definitely some vegetarian options. Most recently I ordered the K wings in soy garlic sauce-- SO good. Crispy but still moist inside. So excited to come back and keep exploring the menu.
