No I did not eat these on the way home opened the bag and these were my "large fry" went here Saturday Dec 27 around 10 pm. Completely ripped off paid for a L recieved a S. Lazy workers.

I visited this McDonald’s early in the morning and had a very upsetting experience at the drive-through. I ordered a Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel and politely requested that it be made fresh. The first time I asked, there was no acknowledgment. When I arrived at the window, I repeated the request, and again there was no response—just an attempt to take payment.
When I moved my hand back from the card slider, the young man at the window (Brandon) abruptly bucked his body toward me, which startled me so badly that I accidentally dropped my iPhone onto the ground. Thankfully it wasn’t damaged, but the behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
I understand this is a fast-food environment, but no customer should feel intimidated or disrespected, especially over something as simple as asking for fresh food. There are already many concerns and reviews online about food quality, so requesting it made to order should never result in aggression.
I do want to acknowledge Leche, who stepped in afterward and was the only person who handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism. She deserves recognition.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and left me feeling shaken that early in the morning. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue appropriately.
