Not only do they forget your food and have you waiting a hour with no compensation but also getting the wrong food completely. This location needs a new team or someone who can run it

WoW too many 1 Stars to ever go back to this one again...and they all have a universal theme, is there no one paying attention??? Lol, sheesh. Why can no restaurants get it right down here in this area? This has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever tried to buy food from, the girl working the drive-thru couldn't have been more unprofessional, uncaring, or uninterested in just simply taking an order for my lunch. Had to finally just pull away- couldn't take it anymore. Literally nobody in the Drive-Thru but me and just had to sit there and wait for her to finally come on the mic. When she did this is how I was greeted "place your order" dead voiced, attitude, smh. Terrible experience... Tried to use YOUR system to have a discount, all she said was, "that no good" WoW. That's the best they can get for help? I know we're in a labor crisis but that's sad... Here is a screen shot of what I tried to order from... Here is the crazy follow-up, asking me to click a link to give more details...Wait for it... You can't! Because I pulled away, I have no receipt! WoW! So yeah, I basically wasted MORE time on these corporate fools... Hey. I KNOW the clown and his billions ain't in danger from lil Ole me... But, with #TacoBell, #Wendys, and #BurgerKing all right there, guess which store I will not return too...
