Just weird to write something on someone’s bag? I got it delivered through uber, uber didn’t do it , the pen/marker is the same as the writing from mcdonald’s on the sticker. Tried reaching out to customer service first then they said it was ubers issue. Playing around someone’s food is weird. Ordered 11/15 7am.

I went to this store today and was given the wrong food. When I went back to get it fixed, the cook got upset, saying she had already made the food. Turns out it was given to the wrong customer.
When I opened my sandwich, I was shocked to see raw meat inside — it was so obviously undercooked that there’s no way she could’ve missed it.
I spoke to Jaquel, the manager, and he completely turned the situation around. He took full responsibility, refunded my sandwich, and offered to remake it himself. Not only did he make my sandwich, but he remade the steak patties to ensure this doesn’t happen again. His professionalism and effort to fix the issue were much appreciated, even though I was still frustrated by the earlier mistake.
I appreciate Jaquel’s dedication to making things right, but I hope the store addresses the quality control to prevent this from happening again in the future

i paid for my food in the drive thru at 1:44, i didnt get my food until almost 45 minutes later! IT WAS ONLY ONE MEAL. i was pulled up and they forgot about me out there. each time the worker would bring out food, it would be for others, never mine. i asked the worker that was serving the other pulled up cars 3 TIMES TO PLEASE CHECK ON MY FOOD AND NOTHING. i proceed to go inside because ive spent half my lunch break waiting on food. the hispanic lady manager is rude, dismissive, and doesn’t know wth she’s doing. she pulls every car up in drive thru. every single one. i guess to make her times look better? so i get my food after having to wait 15 MINUTES IN THE STORE FOR FOOD I ORDERED 30 MINUTES AGOOO. the manager gives me my food and it’s WRONG!!! im already back at work by the time i realized and i feel like that’s what was best for me and the workers. i will never be back. demolish the whole building

Tried to go inside to order at 6am doors were locked. I ordered on mobile app because I have a trailer and cant go through drive thru. So I picked spot 2. I had to what until 645 to get 1 mcgriddle. She said they are short staffed which I know is a lie, that excuse doesn't work when your in a city this big with this many people to hire.
They should not be allowed to pick and choose when they open there lobby. They should go by the hours posted on the door and on the website. Very ridiculous! I would be highly upset if I was the manager.
