We chose Pappadeaux’s to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the night felt special. The food arrived hot, the room stayed clean, and the mood stayed fun. The Pasta Mardi Gras was our favorite, with rich sauce and pasta cooked just right. Each bite tasted fresh and full, which made the birthday dinner feel even better. Darrick, the food runner, was amazing the entire time and treated us with respect. He brought everything fast, checked on us often, and helped make the night smooth.

Thought me & the girls were going to have good drinks & eats, boy was I wrong! Had to send back oyster TWICE they were horrible and not in any condition to be serviced to customers. Took a hour to finally get the chance to put our food in. Our waiter Braun was no where to be found but some how appeared so quickly when we found a manager. We sat for two hours by the time we got our entrees we was begging for Togo place so we could leave. The to go box and tab took a whole additional 30mins, after being told the manger was coming to accommodate our bill lol which he didn’t at all so additional 30min for nothing

The last time I had eaten at Pappadeauxs, was at the DFW Airport a dew years ago. But was invited to attend a lunch on Jan 2 2026. Our server was DENISHA. She was the best of the best. Efficient, professional and engaging. The food was amazing. This visit puts Pappadeauxs back on my quick thinking list of restaurants to visit. Just a suggestion for management: A sign directing one to the front door (in the courtyard-patio)would be helpful for new customers.

This was our first visit to this location and overall our experience was good. I want to start off by saying that our waitress Shay was very attentive to our party of 8. We lacked nothing! And the manager (black male, curly hair, I forgot his name)deserves an honorable mention because my son has a severe nut allergy and he was gracious enough to stand tableside and go over the dishes my son was interested in to let him know if there were any nut products, and that if there was, they would accommodate him and modify the dish if they needed to. I just really appreciated the care and concern he had for his allergy. We've eaten at the Windy Hill location plenty and no one has ever done this. If I had one critique it would be the ribeye that I ordered was kind of underwhelming with little to no seasoning. However, I would absolutely go back for the service and the crab/spinach dip alone!
