- RRRoseDec 8, 20251.0This McDonald's has been pretty good to us, but today was sincerely a bad one. We were in a rush to get home, and stopped in through the drive through. The drive through was empty, but it took about 10 minutes for them to come onto the speaker. Once on, they were seemingly speaking to someone else, cursing and upset. They then went off the mic again. We waited another 5 minutes for the operator to come back on. Their voice was quiet and they were not paying attention to the order. They cut us off before we were done and asked us to pull forward. When we got to the window the operator was on the phone with someone and openly cursing when the window was closed. We got in the rest of our order. When we got the order, the order was wrong. Not sure what's going on here, but it'd be nice if the drive thru operator was not on the phone please.
