We’ve had to wait far too long for our food, and when it finally comes the orders are almost always wrong. Both times the staff had to come back and ask what we ordered, and acted confused, which doesn’t give much confidence. I try to treat my kids here because they love McDonald’s, but the experience has been so frustrating that it makes me not even want to come back. I really hope management works on improving the speed, accuracy, and overall service at this location.
