However, ordering through Doordash, this is the 2nd time that store management has attempted to inconvenience ME instead of them taking upon themselves to fix my order. Today I was told that they weren't "allowed" to redo my food, despite the fact that they gave away my initial order. So I'm stuck without food for an hour longer than was expected. The only saving grace was a caring Dasher named Roderick who stayed and waited for my order, and my call into Customer Support for help. Owner/senior management really needs to review their in-store pickup process, as well as how they treat regular patrons. Asap!
