I have specific delivery instructions to park at my garage in the open space & to use the sidewalk to the left of my townhouse to deliver to my front door. He called with an attitude stating he was at the back & I gave him instructions on how to walk to the front. He did not want to do that. He asked where can he park his car & I told him he can pull in & park on the outside of the garage meant for 2 vehicles. He ignored those instructions and then proceeds to drive to the side of my house & park on the street in a turning lane which is fine he can do what he wants with his car at this point. He walks up to my front door with an attitude, doesn’t greet me, instead he says “If you can’t come to the back for future orders I just won’t deliver to your house.” I was shocked & informed him that I have ordered from this location many times & no driver has ever had an issue with coming to my front door. I have never been spoken to like this regarding a delivery & it was very disappointing since there is a delivery instructions section provided by Pizza Hut for the customer to provide instructions on how they would like the food that they purchased delivered. I should not be treated poorly because of that. I get deliveries almost daily whether it’s Amazon, Publix, Kroger, door dash, food, online shopping and more and I have never had an issue with someone simply not wanting to walk a few feet to my front door.
