  The is the best server I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He made sure my food came out speedy and ready and me kept me updated with how much longer it’ll be coming. I want to see more of him here

  What a day I had. It was an amazing relief to find such respectful and loving people take care of me down to very last detail. Heather and TJ deserve not only recognition but a very well earned raised. Never felt better taken care of. Thank you so much for a wonderful night and making my day way better. Most definitely will be coming back.

  LaShawna & TJ, have to be two of the best employees, or the two best employees ever. Both took great care and time with my order. The waiting area was crowded and they worked seamlessly to ensure every customer was taken care of and our orders were correct. I would like to acknowledge these two for their hard work, energy and attention to detail!!! Thank you, and I will see you soon. If anyone is near this Pizza Hut, stop in. The crew is excellent...

  As a customer who was present during this entire interaction, I want to provide an accurate account of what I witnessed. From the moment the situation began, Shinika was polite, calm, and professional. I personally heard her offer to remake the pizza and clearly explain that it would take approximately 15 minutes. She was respectful and patient the entire time. In contrast, the customer — whose name I believe was Drea — along with the man who accompanied her, were extremely rude and disrespectful toward Shinika. They repeatedly made negative comments, raised their voices, and even insisted that Shinika call her “Big Drea,” which was inappropriate and unprofessional on their part. While I waited in the lobby, I overheard them talking as if they were plotting to get free food, which made the situation feel intentional rather than an honest complaint. Despite their behavior, Shinika continued to maintain professionalism, offering solutions and doing everything she could to resolve the issue. She provided the customer with the contact number when they asked, even though they continued to be rude and dismissive. The customers ultimately said they did not want the food anymore but still remained in the store, continuing to make comments to the point where it became harassing. From what I observed, Shinika handled herself with kindness, patience, and respect despite being treated very unfairly. My overall impression is that she did everything she could to assist the customers, and the negativity came entirely from them. It was a very unfortunate and unnecessary experience to witness. I will be back and thank you Shinika

  Very nasty experience. I Ordered my pizza at 6:07 pm online and called to ask them to bake the pizzas twice. (Make it well done). I had to call twice because the first time I was immediately put on hold for about 5-10 minutes. I then hung up and the female(who I’m pretty sure was Shaneka) answered the phone immediately and was being pretty nice nasty but in a condescending way. When I arrived about 30 minutes later neither pizza was well done and the employee Shaneka lied and said she baked them well done when they clearly weren’t well done. I then asked her to please put them back in the oven and then she told me she couldn’t even though the pizza hadn’t been touched nor left the store and she stated that they would have to remake them and it would take another 30 minutes. She was very nasty and very condescending the entire exchange. I ended up telling her I didn’t even want the food anymore because of the bad energy. When we walked in she was refunding someone’s order over the phone so I’m wondering if she is the issue. She also acted like she didn’t want to give me the corporate number. Very nasty spirited and I will not be ordering from this location anymore as long as she is there.
