When questioned, she stated no ma’am you were charged the amount of your ticket. Well $2.64 came out of my account more than the ticket. I would have chosen a tip, but that opportunity was not my choice at that point. This will make me think twice about ordering from them anytime soon. Tip used to be an option ordering at the counter, not a mandatory selection. Your customers should make that decision, not the employees/managers.
