Great restaurant with amazing menu options. Go ahead and go. Don't think about it, just go. You won't regret it. I got the oxtail and grits, with eggs on the side! PERFECTION!

Honestly not worth the price, the atmosphere is boring, the options are pretty basic things yet they fail in the basics. The "gourmet grilled cheese"... the garlic toast was more like Pam spray toast, "caramelized onions" were just raw onions and be prepared to pay $7 to add 2 slices of soggy bacon to your sandwiches. The cornbread was so dry not even the honey drizzle saved it, honestly I've had better cornbread from Publix. They also slap you with a 18% charge for ToGo orders, honestly it feels greedy and looking for other ways to keep paying waiting staff nothing. Overall the "elevated brunch" experience aint worth it. The only good thing was the service, the waiting staff was nice and tried recommending stuff.

The server was very friendly and attentive, but unfortunately the food was really disappointing. Everything took quite a while to come out, and when it did, the quality didn’t match the prices. We ordered the chicken wings, which were very oily and lacked flavor or much meat. The “gourmet grilled cheese” had raw onions instead of caramelized ones, and the veggie omelette was completely bland. The only thing we truly enjoyed was the French toast — it was delicious and the only dish we actually finished. Even the coffee wasn’t great. This is the first time I’ve ever written a review, but the experience was bad enough that I felt it was worth sharing. Unfortunately, it felt like $85 wasted.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Despite the mixed reviews, we still gave it a try in an effort to support a small black owned business. I Visited yesterday for the first time, Sunday, Oct 26. We had a party of seven. We had a reservation at 1 o’clock. Pros- Taryn, our server, Was the bright light through all of the mishaps that we experienced. Through It all, she kept a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She is the reason for the two stars I did give. The second pro is when the food finally arrived two hours later, it was fresh, hot and very good. Cons- our reservation was for 1, we were not seated until 130. The venue was Severely understaffed. They were very busy and I only saw two servers and one bartender serving the entire restaurant. Once seated, we were not greeted for a while. It took a while to receive our waters. It took a while to receive our cocktails after that. It took an even longer time to receive our food. I would say we started eating around 3 o’clock, two hours after our reservation time. MAJOR CON- They ran out of orange juice and collard greens. I was hoping to have a mimosa for brunch and collard greens with my chicken. MAJOR CON- The Drinks are overpriced For what you get. Mimosas are 14.50 and they come in a 5 ounce glass literally. It is not the typical mimosa size you would expect to receive at a brunch restaurant. I also ordered a mocktail, It was around $8. And I would say it was about 5 ounces of as well. Initially, it was a nice jazz vibe, And in typical ATL fashion, They transitioned to loud rap music, Which totally killed the vibe. They refused to split our checks, and of course, added in the 20% Gratuity, Despite the negative experience. The venue needs a floor manager, walking around to make sure the small things are done and they need to hire more staff. It was ridiculous to have two servers and one bartender during a Sunday brunch. We will not be visiting again.
