  Omg ......the food and service, Aaron, was excellent. Going back since I missed the bew grilled menu. We were a party of 30, Aaron and his team did an excellent job.

  I love pappadeaux but yesterday was the worst 😫 the waiter wasn't attentive we waited 20 minutes before he even greeted us. The food was cold when we finally got it and overall it was just a mediocre experience

  This is always a wonderful experience. Today we had a waitress named Precious who provided exceptional service. The food, atmosphere, drinks, and desserts are always fresh, well prepared and palatable. I've visited New Orleans several times and I have never had food better than this. The oysters were to perfection as were the crab fingers and rice. The red beans are excellent as was the seafood salad. No complaints here. Just be sure to grab a side car to compliment it all and one of those huge desserts to finish it all off.

  Despite how busy the Atlanta locations stay, the service is remarkably "on point." The staff is well-trained, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable about the extensive menu. There is a palpable sense of "team" service here—it’s not uncommon for multiple servers to check in, ensuring your water is filled and your experience is seamless. They handle the high-volume environment with a level of professionalism and warmth that truly defines Southern hospitality. Final Verdict: Pappadeaux isn't just a meal; it’s an event. While there is often a wait (a testament to its popularity!), the combination of top-tier seafood quality and a festive, welcoming environment makes it worth every minute and every penny.

  I want to take a moment to truly thank Pappadeaux Seafood Restaurant for an outstanding dining experience, especially after what had been a long and difficult day dealing with food allergies. From the moment we were seated, our server Kennedy went above and beyond. I have serious food allergies, and after attending a festival earlier in the day where my allergies were not taken seriously, I was honestly worn down and discouraged. Kennedy immediately listened, took my concerns seriously, and made sure I felt heard and safe. She even had the manager come speak with me personally to go over my allergies, which meant more to me than I can properly express. Because of that level of care, I was able to relax and actually enjoy a meal — something that is incredibly rare and often stressful for people with food allergies. The food was absolutely amazing, but the service was what truly stood out. Kennedy was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and made sure all of our needs were met throughout the entire meal. It is extremely hard to find restaurants that are willing to take food allergies seriously and make guests feel safe instead of like an inconvenience. Thank you for creating a space where I could eat confidently and enjoy myself. Please recognize Kennedy for her exceptional service — she made a difficult day end on a high note, and that matters more than you know. We will absolutely be back. — Crystal and Dustin Payne
