- NPNora PrestonDec 24, 20252.0My husband went through McDonald’s on West Point Road in Lagrange, Georgia on Christmas Eve. He ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with heavy onions. When he got to the takeout window the girl said “oh you’re the one with heavy onions” And started laughing along with several other employees. He immediately asked for his money back and left. This type of behavior should not be tolerated at all and these employees should be fired immediately, no questions asked. We have eaten at this McDonald’s since they first opened and the customer service has gradually gone downhill.
