Instead of double checking to see if they had it, they let me pay for it then tell me they don’t have any tea then proceed to tell me that they’re not authorized to do refunds that I’ll have to come back in the morning and let the general manager do the refund. Why in the world have any managers on night shift if the can’t do refunds?? That junk is so redundant and unprofessional!!!!!!

She did a wonderful job and went as fast as she could. She gets the nice review but McDonald’s needs to do better because she shouldn’t have to work herself in the morning. Need to give her a raise for sure.
