Instant review….still in the parking lot!!
Terrible customer service. My order was taken by a dude with nose piercings…After paying for my order, I told him/her that there were no paper towels in the men’s bathroom. He smirks and has no response or respect to acknowledge the lack of customer service at this establishment…I waited two mins for my meal that was thrown on the front pick up table as he/she was yelling 215!! Did close my bag nor did he hand it to me….Another thing….I go to get my drink and the entire area is filthy. Soda all on the counter….napkins on the floor. At least have someone clean or check the area..drive thru was the only thing booming. Only myself and two others(already eating) were inside. Customer service is pivotal. You chose this profession. No matter who you are? Or what kind of life you are having?? If you clock in? Show some damn respect and dignity for yourself and your company!!!

We ordered three 10-piece nugget meals and one two-cheeseburger meal with multiple sauces. We didn't get an entire 10-piece nugget meal OR ANY SAUCES (honey, honey mustard and ranch were requested). No napkins. No straws. Rosa was the one handing us the bag in the drive thru and she apparently was a crew trainer according to her name tag. She did not check the bag at all. Also, the phone number listed for this location is disconnected, so we have no way to contact the restaurant.
EDIT: To respond to the owner about filling out the form on the Contact page of McDonalds Corporate, I tried to fill out the form over 4 times and every time I click submit, it states PAGE NOT FOUND. Another way to contact that isn’t working.

My mom told me she handed the cashier the exact change in order to receive $4 in singles in return and was met with hostility from the cashier. Telling my mom she was wrong and they couldn’t do that. She apparently even gave attitude to her own manager. On top of that, there is no consideration for what is put on the order. A hamburger with only ketchup specified not to add cheese will still come with cheese. Not very great customer service. Do better

Young (Female Hispanic ) shift manager at night did not want to make amends to her team messing up the order. A simple sorry would’ve been fine. Instead of negotiating whether the receipt was real from 10mins ago. Here I am leaving a review like a karen. Cmon y’all .
