Got breakfast this morning and asked for their breakfast salsa . The girl hit me with IM BUSY. That’s quite literally your job is to take my order and provide me with my food and any condiments needed . I’m actually super confused on what type of customer service that is . After I bit my tongue and waited she proceeded to tell me she was busy and next time I should say something at the speaker for condiments .

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s ever since I started going to Kennesaw State University which is about 5 years now. And for the most part I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. But earlier today at about 8:50AM an older woman who works there rudely put her computer and other stuff on top of my charger. Mind you I was catching up on my classes on my phone because I usually eat my breakfast here and do some homework before I go to my class. But she rudely put her stuff on top of my charger and said that I have to go, mind you I’ve been coming here for years spending my hard earned money and nobody ever bothered me at all. After this horrible experience I’m never coming back to this McDonald’s location ever again.

The young man at the cash window kindly paid for my meal of 5 dollars and said he wanted to do a kind deed today! He showed my children and I that everyday is a good day to do kindness to others whether it’s paying for a small meal or just being there for one another. Thank you! ☺️

I come there all the time and today my granddaughter and I went there and I got the usual. I had to pull over to wait for my order and they got to the car. They forgot my soda and they never gave me my receipt. I get the same thing all the time for me and my granddaughter and they charged me six dollars more than I’ve paid. I didn’t know it until I seen It on my bank mobile I can’t get a hold of the owner to get my money back. Does anyone know the number to this McDonalds ? The one online says it was disconnected

What they give you when you order a drink. They don't even use codes correctly and charge whatever they want. Stay away.
