The store was not busy and other customers were served at their table. Was very disrespectful as we requested condiments and showed no professionalism at all. Our hashbrowns were cold and stale. Turns out it was closed but there was obviously a few employee vehicles in the parking lot and people at the windows. They seemed to be ignoring all traffic going through the drive-thru lanes, we weren't the only vehicle that was ignored.
