There is a lot of children working at this McDonald’s they don’t acknowledge customers when your standing there waiting on top of the attitudes until someone get dragged through the store please hire more professional employees no manners and can’t multi task they focus more on mobile orders and drive thru…. being cross trained is the key it’s ridiculous!

Whoever this little girl is y'all have working as shift manager overnight needs training I've pretty much had it when an order is taken the DoorDash every single store as a courtesy replaces food unavailable at pick up time . It's a courtesy to the platform and it's a courtesy to the Customer Saying I'll do it for you this time in quotes as if you're doing me or the Customer a favor me by delivering it the Customer by purchasing smacks squarely in the face of all that is customer service and continued business bottom line. It does not keep money coming this little girl needs training. this little girl apparently didn't know that so I canceled the order because I will not go back-and-forth with a someone that clearly does not know what they're talking about and apparently has no experience in this arena.. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with her lack of understanding of how things work and I'm over it. Please find a replacement that knows how to do things properly. Thank you oh and by the way, someone with a little bit of personality would Help.

Went through the drive through just now and asked for a McChicken and small fry. I asked why it was only 4 bucks, I was told because it is a two for one, I said ok. Get my small bag and drive off. Get home, it’s a small fry and chicken nuggets with honey mustard 🤦🏽♀️. With two wrong order recipes for a frozen cherry to go with nuggets and a small fry. I have the wrong order. Too small to mess up but I guess not.

We came at 3 and made a mobile order that was already paid for and they refused to make it even though they are open 24 hours and my friend just got a meal 5 minutes before.

This morning was the 3rd or 4th time I have stopped there and bought a large soda and once again the soda had no soda ( coke, sprite or Fanta orange) taste. The flavor is missing on the Sprite and the cokes,,, the fuzz/ bubbles are missing from the orange. This is ridiculous.. perhaps whoever makes / mixes the drinks should taste it before selling to customers.. I am giving you money for poor product that I don’t find out it’s missing the taste until I get home ( too late , too far and why should I expect better from McDonald) to return.
