My husband had to go knock on the kitchen door to get someone to come out. There was one person visible in the back on her phone. Next thing you know it’s 3 or 4 people running around in the back as if they were working the whole time. There were no apologies for the wait. The young lady who finally helped us was a sweetheart. I wish I’d gotten her name. The food was ok. At least it was hot and fresh. We dined in. The carpet was old and looked water damaged. There was a panel falling off of the wall. I don’t think the tvs worked. When we left we could smell the restroom so if you sit in the little area waiting for pick up it may spoil your appetite. I’m not very picky but I do expect a clean area and good food when spending money. We will not be back.
- MTMs b TignerNov 8, 20251.0The general manager was so unprofessional very rude had me waiting over 20 minutes and never acknowledged me when I walk in they continued making pizza this is very unacceptable and I run a fast food restaurant never seen so poor customer service and all had the same attitude it was 10:30 I place my order on 11/08/2025 she don’t care about her job and she most definitely didn’t mine loosing a customer like me and spent over 30$ there
