  I asked for a steak, egg bagel with extra sauce and xtra onion. And I got Saige bagel burnt with egg no sauce after the third attempt. I have had the worst experience the last three times I have come to this McDonald’s. I truly understand things have changed in the customer service field but when you ask for a specific order slowly, you repeated twice to three times at the drive-through you should be able to get what you asked for they hand you the wrong thing every time it’s either someone else’s food or my order is not right. I will not return to this McDonald’s. It may not make a difference, but it has to stop. I am never rude. I am very patient but it’s ridiculous. When you cannot even read, they give me the right receipt, but the wrong food every time. The floors were slippery and I almost fell coming in.

  My food was hot and fresh great service. I wish all the fast food establishments could follow suit.

  This place is absolutely horrendous to deal with. The management (Ron) and above have no business being in management let alone a customer facing industry. This establishment overcharges your card and gives you the run around to refund an amount that should have never been charged. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a second charge that should have never been completed to be refunded and I am still waiting. As of now I have been waiting almost 2 hours for someone named Rashima (spelling may be wrong) to give me a call to process the refund and instead my number was provided to Ken who was almost as rude as the initial "GM" Ron and still no other call. Not only does this location screw up your order, under cook your food, and also belittle your complaints, they make a person go crazy trying to handle reasonable complaint issues. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Go to one of the other 50 thousand McDonald options available that has no ties with the Vineyard Millard McDonalds group.

  Well the umsweet tea was sour and the diet coke did not taste right either, they offered to get us something else, but they don't have much other than those two for no sugar, so we tried to work through but ended up throwing away, this was not bad when McDonald's had one dollar large drinks, but now at two dollars, I think I will have to go to another fast food for a no sugar drink , we went to circle k, at least we had a cup
