    Decided to use $6 lunch coupon on app. Had to pull up for order, no problem. 20 minutes to receive cold fries and cold fish that is why they said I had to pull up. Bun was not steamed and was cold and tough. My mistake stopping here. If the meal was $3.00 I still wouldn't come back. Keep crying about your profits mcdonalds!

    Fast food isn't fast anymore. We didn't order anything special a #2 and #5 breakfast and they made us pull up to the rail and there we waited more than 5 minutes for two hashbrowns.

    Avoided Hartwell McDonalds for months bc of the rude customer service. Thought I’d give it a try again this week. This morning I placed an online order, pulled up as usual to a parking spot to wait for coffee. The employee that brought out my coffees had a WOD OF TISSUE STICKING OUT OF HER NOSTRIL!!! How nasty and unsanitary. I won’t be back.

    My daughter and I went in and ordered food for table service. It was never brought to the table. Instead it stood on the counter while the employees stood around talking about other things. There was one woman working and cleaning the dining room. Everybody else couldn't be bothered to even acknowledge a person standing there. This place is hot garbage.

    The slowest rudest drive thru! Never have fries ready anytime I’ve ever been . Even inside is slow to get your food order! Owners need to look at their operation!!
