  The tea tastes like cleaning chemicals. I’m glad I tried it before handing it to my daughter, she would have probably drank it .

  Such simple training and management would solve 99% of your issues. Use case: The order was 2 number 7 10 piece nugget meals with Sprites and Buffalo and BBQ sauce. I could tell right off the bat they didn't get the buffalo sauce as before I even had the words out of my mouth, they were telling me to pull ahead. Not if I was done with my order, or to verify if the screen was correct. Initial bag had 1 10 piece meal, a filet of fish, and no sauces. I send it back in explaining the issue. 1 min later, they try to hand it back. I clarify what i ordered and ask if they can see the actual order. it was correct on the receipt yet they can't tell I don't have a filet of fish??? They finally get the meals right, no sauce. this is after I clarify multiple times it was bbq and buffalo sauce because I could tell the order taker missed the Buffalo sauce. so they then hand me 4 packs of BBQ. I once again ask for Buffalo sauce and they look at me like it's the first time I said it. Simple training on Listening, Reading the order, and verifying the order...this is basic stuff. if I hadn't checked the bag before I left, I would have had to come back out. Please do better and expect better out of your employees. Good management/coaching will make your location better and make all your employees better suited for future success.

  my boyfriend and i went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 10 piece nugget meals, a sundae and a oreo mcflurry. everything was fine and delicious until we ate the nuggets. They tasted like weed. we genuinely think we got laced with weed. when we went inside to talk to the manager, he gave us fresh ones that also tasted like weed. if you wanna get high, go to this mcdonald’s, and they’ll give you nuggets laced with weed.

  For fast food... I had the bacon mcgriddle. It looked and tasted good. Service was fast & friendly

  I waited 20 minutes for a coffee, and finally when it was brought to me it was not what I ordered. I told the employee who took it back and came back 20 minutes later saying that was what I ordered. I took it and threw it away and went again to the cashier and asked for another coffee. To my surprise I had to wait 20 more minutes.. its unbelievable! The tables were super dirty and no customer service at all!
