This place is trash ! Grand opening should be shut down ! Drive thru suppose to be quick ! Why does it take 2 hours to make some fries , burgers , and tenders. Leave the drive thru goes inside no sense of urgency at all the whole crew should be fire and this place should closed down !DONT WASTE YOUE TIME OR MONEY HERE !

This was a horrible experience!! Came in at exactly 11:01pm, made the order, waited around for him, her, and all the others to slowly but surely bounce around in and out.. to finally receiving my order after 11:25p. I can't lie, I was too irritated and late heading back from my break to check my food in store so I did after I left only to find my food was wrong!! I had no choice but to laugh that one off..
This is unfortunate. I was very hopeful and excited for this new location, but it fell short on all accounts.
I pulled into the drive through where 2-3 other cars were and I was grateful for a short line. Little did I know I would be there for TWENTY minutes.
Upon getting home, I found that everything was wrong. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a kids chicken nugget meal. The adult meal was fish, and I tried to eat it, but it was disgusting. The kids meal was short a nugget and they didn't include the dessert. To top it off- the drink was wrong.
Just a disappointment. I know they are new, so maybe I will try again in a while, but wowza.

When visiting this location, greeted by Grayson (Grace) what an excellent name for this bright, cheerful and polite, knowledgeable young lady.
We spoke for a little bit remembering the good Ole days of my childhood with Whataburger. She informed me that this location was the biggest in GA. Explained how they are hiring and training out of there. Hopefully getting the basics back right with the staff. I expressed that something is working, was about to give up again...this location keeps me coming back. They have the right mix, good food, people, attitude. Please keep that going!! You can even get in and out very smoothly. Thinking of everything, what is not to love?
Thinking of Whataburger brings thoughts of childhood 🤔, this location brings them back with tears of joy!! Finally a location that gets it right! 🙌
Starting with a warm greeting when stepping foot into the door. What a wonderful change of pace found from most establishments, these days.
Offering to take orders at the counter, no matter that they have machines in the lobby to do so. More than happy to assist, even reminds you if to check your app might have a promotion 🤔😀 how about that for a change? Who doesn't like saving money? Yes please, thank you!
The food is fresh, hot, delicious 😋 made exactly as ordered. The team in the kitchen isn't yelling or cussing back and forth with each other. Great environment to sit and enjoy your well prepared selections.
Atmosphere of this location is conveniently equipped with lots of seating options. No matter where you decide, you are sure to be find a outlet should you need to recharge while you are refueling. Check job again Whataburger, thinking of everything!!
Haven't had the pleasure of meeting Grayson (Grace) or the other team member at this outstanding location. Please make it a point to celebrate them for a job well done! The next time you are in the area.

I am originally from TX, and grew up on Whataburger. Its my favorite fast food restaurant. That being said, this has to be the worst whataburger establishment I've ever been to. On my first visit through the drive through, when the windows opened, the smell of pot was so ridiculously strong, I lost my appetite. I don’t need to have that crap waft in my face right before eating. The next time I went through the drive through, it was a Monday night and I was with my daughter. We were stuck in the drive through line for literally 45 minutes! We watched half of Guardians of the Galaxy on my phone before we got to the window. Then they gave us our food and drinks. They forgot half the drinks so I had to prompt them. Then I glanced at the food. They had forgotten the onion rings and fries. If I hadn't stayed and checked, it would have been forever getting it fixed. Unfortunately, the food there was also meh. Contrast this particular whataburger with the one in Sharpsburg. They are remarkably quicker, overly polite and clear over the drive thru speaker and at the window, and I've never had bad service or food there. Tonight, despite whataburger being my favorite fast food place and driving right by the whataburger in Fairburn, I literally stopped at the Quick Stop gas station and got something off the rotisserie rather than deal with this establishment again. I really hope they can right this ship, but it comes down to management, leadership and hiring, and I just don't see that getting fixed.
