Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The fries were cold and my burger was prepared incorrectly three times consecutively. The service was exceptionally slow. We experienced a wait of nearly 45 minutes for our food at midnight. This incident constitutes the most disappointing Whataburger experience I have ever encountered

Expected much more especially since visiting locations in Texas. Tried to order on-line to pickup in store but this wasn’t working. Had to go into store and order at kiosk which was easy but then still had to wait over 20 minutes for 3 orders. Ordered a vanilla milkshake but was told last minute that the machine was down. Lots of workers but many, many customers just standing and waiting. As far as burgers and onion rings, most of the taste was from condiments. By itself the burger patty was pretty much one dimensional. At almost $18 per person X 3 could have a better meal at Outback or Longhorn and had table service. Bottom line: workers need more training and burgers need more love and why was your milkshake machine already down?? You just opened over a week ago!

Burgers were good (even though we got the wrong items instead of what we ordered). The server who brought the food was nice. But the trash cans were overflowing. When I pointed it out to a bigger staff member, she snapped "Not my problem". Decent food, but poor upkeep and attitude. I really don't want to see the kitchen after this experience.

The burger jr. meal was cold. A lot of employees, but the wait time to place the order was long. I went inside to place a to go order. The employees may need more training. There were a lot of employees there, just running around not doing much. The girl taking my order did not even know what no. 7 is, even after pointing it out to her on the menu board. I don’t think the meal is worth $7.99 + tax. I think Burger King is a much better deal and hamburger 🍔! I probably won’t be back. 🙁

First and last time going to this location. I was excited a new restaurant was coming to Fairburn, close to my house at that. As always, we get poorly staffed franchises so the service is poor at well-liked restaurants. Pulled up to the drive thru today around 230pm. A long line of cars were waiting in one lane, and myself and 1 other car in the second lane. Waited 10 minutes, none of us moved. I left and drove 20 min to the Sharpsburg location and was out in 5 minutes. Chic Fil A can handle massive lines with no wait delays. What is the problem?? Smh
