Nobody working the counter. Kiosk takes 10x as long than simply telling someone my order. Kiosk doesn't take credit cards, so still have to go to the counter. Should have gone somewhere else.

I've waited 25 mins for a quick 5 dollar meal and everything was cold. The burger was cold the cheese didn't melt and the fries had to be sitting out. My coke was watered down. I asked for a fruit punch and recieved a orange because they ran out. Then after waiting an employee walked out to confront me about my food without eve bring me my food. So disrespectful.. never again

This is the worst McDonald’s ever!!!! Do NOT come here!! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They food is cold and they make you wait long minutes to fix the order and not only do they fix the order they make it worst!!! Everything was cold. The burger was cold, the fries was soggy and cold. The cheese was not melted at all. My coke was not even carbonated. Then after asking for another drink (fruit punch) he handed me an orange juice that was also watered down! Then after waiting over 30 minutes a female employee asked me what’s the problem without bringing me my new batch of food. She claims she put more nuggets in the bag with the cold nuggets and the cold fries. Also stated nothing she can do once I received the new cold batch of food. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. My first day of class this horrible experience made me 45 minutes late for a $5 meal deal. If any manager is reading this. “MR. R” needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR LETTING A FEMALE WORKER COME OUT TO BE DISRESPECTFUL. HIRE NEW STAFF ON EVENING SHIFT!!! THEY ARE THE WORST FACES TO REPRESENT THIS FRANCHISE! I WILL BE ESCALATING THIS MATTER TO CORPORATE!!!!

Its Mcdonalds. Its just a matter of, has the service and food gotten worse since last time, or stayed the same. If it's stayed the same, for McDonalds, theyre trying. If it's gotten worse, they are still trying. Lol. Basically boils down to this, you hire people that don't care of have any respect for your business or the people they serve then what do you expect? Ill tell you what to expect, exactly what you got. The day you go to a McDonald's and order a meal for four people and for example say, with no mustard on one of the meals, and frostys and/ or milkshakes, and the order be right, will be never. They'll either not have something, or a machine will be broken, or lack of competence from the employee, or very commonly they are just too lazy or unprofessional or too into their phone at the moment and will look at you like, "how dareyou ask me to do anything" or just don't care!!

Service is so slow. Got in drive thru at 7:03 PM and I’m still three cars away from getting my food now at 7:30 PM. I estimate it will have been almost 30 minutes by the time I get out of here. Ugh!!!!
