    Just walked in the store and the cashier was automatically rude. She preceded to play in her hair and went to cut pizza immediately after without washing her hands.

    I gave this place a second chance, NEVER again. I’ll drive a hour the next time to eat pizza. They need to close this location. It’s trash. We paid over 50.00 bucks for some mess. Hold these employees accountable for the terrible food being served

    OMG this pizza hut was super nasty the pizza was old very very old I sent $54 for my family and I regret getting p pizza hut I've called several times to speak with a manager ive gotten hung up on over 8 times please do not eat at this pizza hut they are so nasty the pizza is extremely old it taste funny I wouldn't lie I will never eat at this pizza hut again. I will be calling the headquarters to file a complaint and dispute this transaction with my bank to get a full refund.

    Its always something with the Ellenwood location smh. So today I ordered a pizza and 3 pastas online. Just so happened door dash delivered it, which isn't an issue. The issue is the pizza was 2.5 hours late past the delivery time because pizza hut didnt have it ready. Then when it arrived I had 2 pizzas instead of one pizza and 3 pastas. Then I spent approximately 1.5 hours trying to call and get through to the store which was unsuccessful. Needless to say, I will not return to this particular location for anything.
