  I just arrived back from an international trip. I'm tired and have to drive about an hour to get home. My sister is with me. BOTH of us have worked at Mcdonalds and done quite well. We pulled up to the drive through to get coffee. We were told there is no more. MAKE MORE!!! Put a filter in, open a package of coffee and put it in, and brew it. It literally takes less than five minutes. Everything is broken down and taken to the back we were told. The only parts that come off the coffeemaker is the filter holder and the pot. Way to disappoint!

  Customer service is horrible! Tonight I was in there at 9:45pm at the register waiting to place a order and all the employees were in the back, girl that was supposed to be taking orders looked right at us and acted like she didn’t see us. She kept avoiding eye contact and kept looking around everywhere else before she completely turned her back to us and was following the male around that was running the drive thru. We were there waiting 17 minutes before she slowly walked over to the register with the meanest look on her face and looked completely bothered that I was placing an order. As I tell her the two drinks we want she doesn’t put them in the register but gives me a dirty look and just walked away asking another employee a question in the back. We waited about 2 minutes and we walked out so we didn’t get to order anything after standing there at the register for 22 minutes. It was so rude, unprofessional and uncomfortable to even give an order to someone that has an attitude and look on her face like we’re bothering her.I’ve been serving for many years and always very pleasant, smile and am always polite.I don’t know why some people work in customer service if they are not able to provide good customer service. I don’t ever want to eat somewhere that the employee looks like they don’t want to speak to you or take your order, it was like they were all hoping we would just go away so we did walk out. There was two customers waiting for their order and one small group at a table in the back. A few people in the drive thru but nothing crazy there weren’t super busy and I saw plenty of employees hiding in the back and several of them saw us standing there waiting but nobody came to help take our order or even say hello and that they would be with us soon. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

  It’s Sunday March 1 about 9 AM. Several customers have walked out due to being ignored. I decided to be patient because these are young people who may not know any better. After a while the lack of training became unbearable so me and my money walked out.
