Orders were getting mixed up, people were getting upset but there was a manager there who took care of everything with poise and grace. She showed patience with the customers and her staff. She even took care of a complaint from last night in the midst of it all. She was working as hard if not harder than everyone there. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but she was African American, with crochet hair, 30s maybe. I just wanted to make sure credit was given where credit is due! Great job young lady!!!
